About the Program
The P.A.S.S. Program is an MWR initiative designed to help service members and their families make the most of their time at Sector San Juan. It provides access to recreational opportunities that promote balance, connection, and quality of life.
Benefits
Participants in the P.A.S.S. Program can take advantage of a range of MWR offerings, including:

Eligibility
The program is available to USCG Active Duty personnel, Coast Guard civilians, and their dependents stationed at or visiting Base San Juan. For specific eligibility details or to enroll, contact the MWR office or visit in person during regular hours.
How to Get Started
Visit the MWR office at the Sector San Juan Satellite Office (Building 117, just past the Exchange) during office hours — Monday through Wednesday, 07:00–15:00. Staff can walk you through program details and help you get connected to available services.
